God in Sikhism is the creator, sustainer, and protector. The creator is pervading and permeating in each entity in this universe. The attributes of the creator are given in the Mool Mantar.
One Universal Creator God. The Name Is Truth. Creative Being Personified. No Fear. No Hatred. Image Of The Undying, Beyond Birth, Self-Existent. By Guru’s Grace, the creator can be realized in this lifetime. Guru gives us spiritual wisdom and guides us to attain divine virtues to elevate ourselves and become like divine.

The definition of Akal Purkh (God) according to Gurmat is.
Jap – 1
According to this definition, a man, animal, bird, or any type of material product cannot be Akal Purkh (God). All of them are short lived and have an end. Akal Purkh is neither born and nor dies like any living beings. We have to adopt and share the qualities of Akal Purkh written in Guru Granth Sahib.
Thank you
