This is a very interesting question.
I think the generation today can bring this change.
We need to stand together. create unity amongst ourselves.
If every one helped one another without seeking something in return then Change is possible for sure. The youth today is more powerful than ever to bring this Change. All Gurdwara’s need to educate today’s youth to change their mindset.
God helps those who help themselves…
We youths are so corrupt (morally and religiously – ਹਉਮੈ) which doesn’t let selfless service.
Being optimistic – there are for sure many youngsters stepping into Politics are have a hard time being given by political mafia; but hopefully by time it will change. I just hope they retain the passion and vision for service to community as they grow. For newer generation this will be an example to look upon and promote uptake in this direction.
I think education and desire to get better jobs/administrative roles should be promoted in Youth by building confidence and pushing in right direction so we have right people in right chairs to make decisions for self.. Schools/uni’s need to play an important role here.
Multi-folded problem needs to be tackled on many fronts with a vision and plan; and I’m sure people are becoming aware..
This is a cultural problem, its roots lie in inequality of several types.
