      Just as Singh comes with the name of a man, Kaur comes with the name of a woman. Kaur means Kunwar means princess
      This status has been given to a Sikh girl for being as brave and responsible as a princess. There is a principle of equality in Sikhism.That’s why if a man’s name sounds like Singh, then a woman’s name looks like Kaur.
