Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji has bani of our revered Gurus and other Bhakats. The bani express their spiritual experiences and guide us on our spiritual journey. Bani of our gurus is our Shabad Guru as we need to comprehend and learn from the bani enshrined in Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Our Guru is the spiritual wisdom enshrined in the bani of Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. That is why Guru Sahib bestowed the Guruship on Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਕੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਸਤਿ ਸਰੂਪੁ ਹੈ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਬਣੀਐ ॥
The Word of the True Guru’s Bani is the embodiment of Truth; through Gurbani, one becomes perfect.
