The question here is this, when some one hurt me, cheated me, damaged me, how do I deal with the situation, what GURBANI says. GURU says SUKH DUKH DOAI DAR KAPRE PEHRE JAAI MANUKH (SGGS PAGE 149) meaning good times and bad times are life situations, happens with all of us. Where their is love , there is hatred. This is the divine system, law of nature. Gurbani does not stop the situation, we use all safety precautions, but Gurbani empowers us how to deal with the situation without getting stressed out and angry. We have little or no control on how others act but we have hundred percent control how we react. GURU says accept the situation as it comes because we all encounter such situations in life. GURU says CHINTA TA KEE KIJIAI JO UNHONNEE HOE meaning this happens according to law of nature, divine system. Once you accept being calm and stable, you deal with it positive way. Condition is we must deal with the situation the way of GURU.
