      Sorath is the name of the raag.
      Mahla means body /Sareer.
      9 means Dhan Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.
      This Shabad is the composition of the Ninth Patshah (Dhan Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji) in Sorath Raag.

      ਸੋਰਠਿ ਰਾਗ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਹੈ
      ਮਹਲਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਸਰੀਰ
      9 ਮਤਲਬ ਧੰਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ।
      ਇਹ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਸੋਰਠਿ ਰਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੌਂਵੇਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ (ਧੰਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗਬਹਾਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ) ਦੀ ਰਚਨਾ ਹੈ।
