There are these 3 words in Gurbani. Nidh, Sidh and Ridh. (ਨਿਧਿ, ਸਿਧਿ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਧਿ )
Nidh means treasures of the world
Sidh means occult powers
Ridh means the ability to get and wealth
This is the Hukam of Gurbani.
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਰਿਧਿ ਸਿਧਿ ਸਚੁ ਸੰਜਮੁ ਸੋਈ।।(116)
Meaning that for those human beings who follow the Guru’s Hukam, live life with auspicious virtues, the Parmatma’s Name, the auspicious virtue and the divine wisdom are all the Ridhis and Sidhi.
ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੈ ਸਿਮਰਨਿ ਰਿਧਿ ਸਿਧਿ ਨਉ ਨਿਧਿ।।(262)
In the remembrance of God is wealth (Ridh) miraculous spiritual powers (Sidh) and the treasures (Nidh)
