Gur means Guru and Bani means Words (Said by us).
So, Gurbani means All the words (Shabad) said by our Gurus which is in SGGS.

Please clarify if texts recorded in SGGS by Bhagats, Bhatts, and in Bachittar Natak of around 1430 pages by Dasam Patshah are Gurbani or not.
Respected veer ji
The Gurbani in SGGS (6 Guru Sahib ji, 15 Bhagat Sahibaan, 11 Bhatt and 3 Gursikhs) is only till page 1429. Raag Mala, Bachittar Natak is not considered as Gurbani.
I agree with both answers. I would like to add.
Guru Ramdas Ji has emphasized on the importance of Gurbani in Gauri Raag and has explained that Gurbani is the command of Almighty Waheguru and is actually a manifestation of Waheguru.
Satgur Ki Bani Sat Saroop Hai Gurbani baneeai.
Guru Arjan Patshah has given utmost respect to Gurbani by calling Gurbani as Dhur ki bani.
dhur ki bani aayi

ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਇਸੁ ਜਗ ਮਹਿ ਚਾਨਣੁ ਕਰਮਿ ਵਸੈ ਮਨਿ ਆਏ ॥੧॥ – 67
Gurbani is meant to enlighten our mind so that we can become Sachyaar.
In my view Gurbani is only that text which is contained in 1429 pages of GGS ie Gurbani Granth Sahib.
Text contained in Bhai Gurdas Varan or Kabit, rachana of Bhai Nanad Lal and text contained in Bachittar Natak, now being popularised as Dasam Guru Granth Sahib etc, all texts contained in them cannot be termed as “Gurbani” under any circumstances.
