There is no significance of Dussehra in Sikhism. However, if you want to celebrate it socially there is no problem with that. But to think that it has to do something with Sikhism is wrong. Like over here you told about the Shastar pooja, there is nothing to do with it in Sikhism or Dussehra.
Remember the Shastar is for defending yourself not for worshipping it.

There is no importance of Dussehra in Sikhism. We in India have off on Dussehra so we clean and worship our Shastars that time.
If we have to clean our shastars then there are many days when we all are free , why we only chosen Dusshera for cleaning shastars .
