What is a 'Sampat Paath,' and does it align with Gurmat teachings?

There is no mention of any Sehaj Paath or Akhand Paath or Sampat in Guru Granth Sahib. These all have been started later on so as to confuse the public and extract money from them. As is being heard earlier there was no limit of finishing the Paath in a specified time. Then later on the Akand Paath used to be completed in 3 days. Now it has got reduced to 2 days or even less. The Sehaj Paath is now being completed in 7 days. These are our own framed rules which are not approved by Gurmat.
ਗਾਵੀਐ ਸੁਣੀਐ ਮਨਿ ਰਖੀਐ ਭਾਉ ॥ ਦੁਖੁ ਪਰਹਰਿ ਸੁਖੁ ਘਰਿ ਲੈ ਜਾਇ ॥ Jap {2}
We have to sing the praises of Akal Purkh, listen them and have love in our heart. We should not do ritual recitation, but should have full understanding and involvement. Singing is a slow process with complete involvement. Listening needs full attention. Love is possible if we develop our relation with Akal Purkh with the help of Gurbani written in Guru Granth Sahib.
Gurbani teaches us to study understand and research on Guru Granth Sahib, so that we can become Sachyaar by understanding the Hukam of Akal Purkh.
There is no specific Paath whose ritual recitation can help us. However, if we study Gurbani in depth and try to apply that in our practical life. Then any Shabad from Guru Granth Sahib can lead us to the proper direction and can help us for prosperity in terms of wealth and internal happiness?

ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਇਸੁ ਜਗ ਮਹਿ ਚਾਨਣੁ ਕਰਮਿ ਵਸੈ ਮਨਿ ਆਏ ॥੧॥ ਮਨ ਰੇ, ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪਹੁ ਸੁਖੁ ਹੋਇ ॥ ਗੁਰੁ ਪੂਰਾ ਸਾਲਾਹੀਐ ਸਹਜਿ ਮਿਲੈ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਸੋਇ ॥੧॥ਰਹਾਉ॥ {੬੭}
ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਤੁਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਰਵਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤੇ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ ਵਿਚ ਫਸੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਇਸ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਲਈ ਚਾਨਣ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਬਾਣੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਦੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਆ ਵੱਸਦੀ ਹੈ। ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਜਪਣ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਆਤਮਕ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪੂਰੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ ਪਿਆਂ, ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਿਫਤ ਸਾਲਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਆਤਮਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਵਿਚ ਟਿਕ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਮਿਲ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
