      Ram has been used for Almighty creator in Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Ram means ਰਮਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ, creator pervading in his creation.
      ਜਾਨੀ ਜਾਨੀ ਰੇ ਰਾਜਾ ਰਾਮ ਕੀ ਕਹਾਨੀ ॥
      I have come to know the story of my Sovereign Lord.
      ਅੰਤਰਿ ਜੋਤਿ ਰਾਮ ਪਰਗਾਸਾ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਬਿਰਲੈ ਜਾਨੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
      How rare is that Gurmukh who knows, and whose inner being is illumined by the Lord’s Light. ||1||Pause||
