In this shabad guru sahib is talking about the mann Guru sahib is saying u May have bath in the tirath number of time ur body will be cleansed of dirt but the vices of ur mann will not be cleansed U can keep ur mouth shut but u cannot keep ur inner dialogues shut in the mann So there is no chance for u to attain the evolution or intune urself to the oneness So what has to be done guru sahib says u have to eradicate ur vices and negative thoughts with the help of virtues ( rabbi gurns) and positive thoughts .In other words u have to practice naam simran implement what guru sahib is imparting in the SGGS so then we can attain and be sachyar ਭਰੀਐ ਮਤਿ ਪਾਪਾ ਕੈ ਸੰਗਿ ਓਹੁ ਧੋਪ ਨਾਵੈ ਕੈ ਰੰਗਿ
