What if an Amritdhari Singh by mistake eat “jhootha” of a non-amritdhari? What should he do?

There is no such restriction in Guru Granth Sahib. In order to maintain our physical fitness we should avoid the leftover of anyone else irrespective of Amritdhari or not. Cleanliness is more important than the social discrimination.

Gurmat does not accept any ritual whether it is related to Path or any type of meditation. Main purpose is to recite listen understand and follow Gurbani written in Guru Granth Sahib.
