What does it mean to give Tunn (body), Munn (mind), and Dhann (wealth) to the Gur and Guru according to Sikh philosophy?

In response to your question the undersigned draws your attention to the ninth Pauri of Baani Anand Sahib and its meanings given below in which Guru Sahib is guiding us about giving ‘Tan’, ‘Mun’ and ‘Dhan’ to Guru:-

ਆਵਹੁ ਸੰਤ ਪਿਆਰਿਹੋ ਅਕਥ ਕੀ ਕਰਹ ਕਹਾਣੀ ॥ ਕਰਹ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਅਕਥ ਕੇਰੀ ਕਿਤੁ ਦੁਆਰੈ ਪਾਈਐ ॥ ਤਨੁ ਮਨੁ ਧਨੁ ਸਭੁ ਸਉਪਿ ਗੁਰ ਕਉ ਹੁਕਮਿ ਮੰਨਿਐ ਪਾਈਐ ॥ ਹੁਕਮੁ ਮੰਨਿਹੁ ਗੁਰੂ ਕੇਰਾ ਗਾਵਹੁ ਸਚੀ ਬਾਣੀ ॥ ਕਹੈ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਸੁਣਹੁ ਸੰਤਹੁ ਕਥਿਹੁ ਅਕਥ ਕਹਾਣੀ ॥੯॥ {ਪੰਨਾ 918}

ਅਰਥ: ਹੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਸੰਤ ਜਨੋ! ਆਓ, ਅਸੀਂ (ਰਲ ਕੇ) ਬੇਅੰਤ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰੀਏ, ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਹਾਣੀਆਂ ਸੁਣੀਏ ਸੁਣਾਈਏ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਬਿਆਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ ਹਨ। (ਪਰ ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀ ਪੁੱਛੋ ਕਿ) ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਕਿਸ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ (ਤਾਂ ਉੱਤਰ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਪਣਾ ਆਪ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਥਾਂ) ਆਪਣਾ ਤਨ ਮਨ ਧਨ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕਰੋ (ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ) ਜੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਮਿੱਠਾ ਲੱਗਣ ਲੱਗ ਪਏ ਤਾਂ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਮਿਲ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
(ਸੋ, ਸੰਤ ਜਨੋ!) ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਉੱਤੇ ਤੁਰੋ ਤੇ ਸਦਾ ਕਾਇਮ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਗਾਇਆ ਕਰੋ। ਨਾਨਕ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ– ਹੇ ਸੰਤ ਜਨੋ ਸੁਣੋ, (ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਤਮਕ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਾਣਨ ਦਾ ਸਹੀ ਰਸਤਾ ਇਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ) ਉਸ ਅਕੱਥ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਹਾਣੀਆਂ ਕਰਿਆ ਕਰੋ।9।

ਭਾਵ: ਆਤਮਕ ਆਨੰਦ ਦੇ ਦਾਤੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਮਿਲਾਪ ਦਾ ਇਕੋ ਇਕ ਰਸਤਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਆਪਣਾ ਆਪ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇ। ਬੱਸ! ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਦੱਸੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਉਤੇ ਤੁਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦੇ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਂਦਾ ਰਹੇ। ਅੰਦਰ ਆਨੰਦ ਹੀ ਅਨੰਦ ਬਣਿਆ ਰਹੇਗਾ।

You can very well see that Guru Sahib is teaching the Sikh not to surrender his ‘Tan’, ‘Mun’ and ‘Dhan’ to Maya (Worldly things) i.e. he should not become a Manmukh. Rather, the Sikh is to get rid of vices (control the vices), become a righteous/virtuous (Gurmukh) person and become one with Akalpurakh and Shabad Guru, who are embodiment of each other i.e. complete surrender.
This will help in achieving the stage of spiritual equipoise and spiritual bliss and the final goal is to achieve spiritual emancipation/ salvation in this life itself.
