What are the different levels of spiritual practice associated with chanting “Waheguru” and how do they manifest within oneself? Is there any connection between reaching the highest level of spiritual practice and developing telepathic abilities?

Respected Ash Kapoor ji, the undersigned want to know whether answer can be given in Gurmukhi/Punjabi or it should be given in English only? Please be kind to intimate.
Respected Ash Kapoor ji,
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!
You have not responded to the undersigned’s query. In any case, in response to your question the undersigned wants to say that chanting ‘Waheguru’ doesn’t help, if one doesn’t change life as per teachings of Guru Granth Sahib, gets rid of vices, becomes a righteous person, becomes one with Akalpurakh and Shabad Guru, who are embodiment of each other, reaches the stage of spiritual equipoise and spiritual bliss and finally achieves the goal of emancipation/salvation in this life itself.
Now coming to the issue regarding highest spiritual level, raised by you in your question, the undersigned wants to say that the First Guru Person, Guru Nanak Sahib, in Jap Baani, had delineated five stages of spiritual development, namely Dharam Khand, Gyan Khand, Saram Khand, Karam Khand and finally Sachkhand. Please click on the link below and read a very good article on the subject of Khands:-

About developing telepathic abilities, Gurbani doesn’t subscribe to miracles and teaches to live life, as per Divine Law (Hukam).
Hope it helps. If you have any further questions, please do ask. If you find any deficiencies, please point out the same, for improvement in future.
Regards,
Your Brother
thank you very much ji
