      Dear Brother/Sister,
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!

In response to your question, the undersigned wants to say that in order to remain in ‘Chardi Kala’ and ‘Spiritual Bliss’ always, you have to follow the basic principles of Sikhi and change your life, accordingly.

The basic principles of Sikhi were enunciated, by the First Guru Person, Guru Nanak Sahib, in the First Pauri of Jap Baani itself, when he guided:

      ਕਿਵ ਸਚਿਆਰਾ ਹੋਈਐ ਕਿਵ ਕੂੜੈ ਤੁਟੈ ਪਾਲਿ॥ ਹੁਕਮਿ ਰਜਾਈ ਚਲਣਾ ਨਾਨਕ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਨਾਲਿ॥੧॥ (ਪੰਨਾ ੧)

Therefore, one has to become righteous/virtuous (Gurmukh) and live life, as per Akalpurakh’s Divine Law (Hukam).

To become righteous/virtuous (Gurmukh), the person will have to change the life, get rid of vices and become one with Akalpurakh and Shabad Guru, who are spiritually embodiment of each other, so as to reach the stage of spiritual equipoise and spiritual bliss, which will enable the person to find no difference between happiness and sorrow i.e. to live life as per Divine Law (Hukam).

The final stage is to achieve spiritual emancipation/salvation, in this life itself.

Hope it helps. If you have any further questions, please do ask. If you find any deficiencies, please point out the same, for improvement, in future.

      Regards,
      Your brother

By accepting the flow of life ( Hukam) and learning the lessons in every experience of life. Understanding the impermanence of life and developing resilience. Always keep moving forward in life to explore the unexplored and to get new experiences in life.
