Wrong information, Nails Cutting was always there, nothing to do with Sikh religion.
Every Sikh should practice Best of hygiene, Gurus advocated daily early morning bath & keep body clean & hygienic.
we or no one can cut the nails
that’s the dead part of nails which we remove as hygiene. similarly the dead part of our hair get separated
