Waheguru reincarnated to make sinners good? In the next birth that sinner will become amritdhari or good because of this? If reincarnated in Sikhism, will he be human or another animal in the next birth? If he is born as another animal, then how will he become a amritdhari?

In response to your question, the undersigned wants to draw your attention to the following Stanza of a Shabad of Fourth Guru Person, Guru Ramdas Sahib, in which he is guiding us that Akalpurakh is all pervasive i.e. everywhere in water, earth and every living being:-

ਹਰਿ ਘਟਿ ਘਟੇ ਘਟਿ ਬਸਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਜਲਿ ਥਲੇ ਹਰਿ ਬਸਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਥਾਨ ਥਾਨੰਤਰਿ ਬਸਤਾ ਮੈ ਹਰਿ ਦੇਖਨ ਕੋ ਚਾਓੁ ॥ ਕੋਈ ਆਵੈ ਸੰਤੋ ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਜਨੁ ਸੰਤੋ ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਜਨੁ ਸੰਤੋ ਮੋਹਿ ਮਾਰਗੁ ਦਿਖਲਾਵੈ ॥ ਤਿਸੁ ਜਨ ਕੇ ਹਉ ਮਲਿ ਮਲਿ ਧੋਵਾ ਪਾਓੁ ॥੧॥ (ਪੰਨਾ 1201)

ਅਰਥ: ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ! ਉਹ ਹਰੀ ਹਰੇਕ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਲ ਵਿਚ ਧਰਤੀ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ, ਹਰੇਕ ਥਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ, ਮੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਦਰਸਨ ਦੀ ਤਾਂਘ ਹੈ। ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ! ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਸੰਤ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆ ਮਿਲੇ, ਹਰੀ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਸੰਤ ਆ ਮਿਲੇ, ਕੋਈ ਮੇਰਾ ਪਿਆਰਾ ਸੰਤ ਜਨ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆ ਮਿਲੇ, ਤੇ, ਮੈਨੂੰ (ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਮਿਲਾਪ ਦਾ) ਰਾਹ ਵਿਖਾ ਜਾਏ, ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੈਰ ਮਲ ਮਲ ਕੇ ਧੋਵਾਂ।1।

Further, Fifth Guru Person, Guru Arjun Sahib guides us in Sukhmani Sahib that after creating the universe, Akalpurakh has not remained separate from it but is very much present everywhere:-

ਸਰਗੁਨ ਨਿਰਗੁਨ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰ ਸੁੰਨ ਸਮਾਧੀ ਆਪਿ ॥ ਆਪਨ ਕੀਆ ਨਾਨਕਾ ਆਪੇ ਹੀ ਫਿਰਿ ਜਾਪਿ ।।੧॥ (ਪੰਨਾ 290)

ਅਰਥ: ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰ (ਭਾਵ, ਆਕਾਰ-ਰਹਿਤ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ) ਤ੍ਰਿਗੁਣੀ ਮਾਇਆ ਦਾ ਰੂਪ (ਭਾਵ, ਜਗਤ ਰੂਪ) ਭੀ ਆਪ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ ਭੀ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਹੈ, ਅਫੁਰ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਵਿਚ ਟਿਕਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਭੀ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! (ਇਹ ਸਾਰਾ ਜਗਤ) ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਰਚਿਆ ਹੈ (ਤੇ ਜਗਤ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ) ਆਪ ਹੀ (ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।1।।

Still further, reincarnation (ਪੁਨਰਜਨਮ), after death, is not a Sikhi concept but is of Hinduism. In Sikhism, the mind (ਮਨ) gets into the cycle of reincarnation, when it gets stuck into the material world. To make it clear the undersigned is just quoting two Pangtis of a Shabad of Bhagat Namdev ji at Panna 693 of Guru Granth Sahib:-

ਇਹ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਤੇ ਤਬ ਹੀ ਛੂਟਉ ਜਉ ਮਾਇਆ ਨਹ ਲਪਟਾਵਉ ॥ ਮਾਇਆ ਨਾਮੁ ਗਰਭ ਜੋਨਿ ਕਾ ਤਿਹ ਤਜਿ ਦਰਸਨੁ ਪਾਵਉ ॥੩॥ (ਪੰਨਾ 693)

ਅਰਥ: ਇਸ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਦੇ ਬੰਧਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਤਦੋਂ ਹੀ ਖ਼ਲਾਸੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ ਵਿਚ ਨਾ ਫਸਾਂ; ਮਾਇਆ (ਦਾ ਮੋਹ) ਹੀ ਜਨਮ ਮਰਨ ਦੇ ਗੇੜ ਵਿਚ ਪੈਣ ਦਾ ਮੂਲ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਦੀਦਾਰ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।੩।

Sikhism subscribes to the theory of emancipation/salvation in this life itself (ਜੀਵਨ ਮੁਕਤ), as you would observe from just one example given below. The Fifth Guru Person Guru Arjan Sahib is guiding us in 8th Pauri of 23rd Ashatpadi of Sukhmani Sahib that one who becomes one with Akalpurakh while living, becomes Jeevan Mukat (Achieves emancipation/salvation in this life itself):-

ਜੋ ਜਾਨੈ ਤਿਸੁ ਸਦਾ ਸੁਖੁ ਹੋਇ ॥ ਆਪਿ ਮਿਲਾਇ ਲਏ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਸੋਇ ॥ ਓਹੁ ਧਨਵੰਤੁ ਕੁਲਵੰਤੁ ਪਤਿਵੰਤੁ ॥ ਜੀਵਨ ਮੁਕਤਿ ਜਿਸੁ ਰਿਦੈ ਭਗਵੰਤੁ ॥ ਧੰਨੁ ਧੰਨੁ ਧੰਨੁ ਜਨੁ ਆਇਆ ॥ ਜਿਸੁ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ਸਭੁ ਜਗਤੁ ਤਰਾਇਆ ॥ ਜਨ ਆਵਨ ਕਾ ਇਹੈ ਸੁਆਉ ॥ ਜਨ ਕੈ ਸੰਗਿ ਚਿਤਿ ਆਵੈ ਨਾਉ ॥ ਆਪਿ ਮੁਕਤੁ ਮੁਕਤੁ ਕਰੈ ਸੰਸਾਰੁ ॥ ਨਾਨਕ ਤਿਸੁ ਜਨ ਕਉ ਸਦਾ ਨਮਸਕਾਰੁ ॥੮॥੨੩॥ {ਪੰਨਾ 294-295}

ਅਰਥ: ਜੋ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝ ਪਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਸੁਖ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਆਪ ਮਿਲਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਜੀਊਂਦਾ ਹੀ ਮੁਕਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਧਨ ਵਾਲਾ, ਕੁਲ ਵਾਲਾ ਤੇ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਵਾਲਾ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਮੇਹਰ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਰਾ ਜਗਤ ਹੀ ਤਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦਾ (ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ) ਆਉਣਾ ਮੁਬਾਰਿਕ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਆਉਣ ਦਾ ਇਹੀ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਵਿਚ (ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਹੋਰ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ) ਨਾਮ ਚੇਤੇ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਆਪ (ਮਾਇਆ ਤੋਂ) ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਹੈ, ਜਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਭੀ ਮੁਕਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ; ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਐਸੇ (ਉੱਤਮ) ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਡੀ ਸਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਮ ਹੈ।8। 23।

Therefore, you can very well see from the above teachings of Guru Granth Sahib that Akalpurakh lives in every living being, as what we call ‘Atma’ and with the strength given by Him, the body functions. As soon as the strength is withdrawn, the physical death takes place and the five elements of which the body is composed of, merge with the five elements and the Atma merges with Akalpurakh. Thus, nothing is left. No one knows as to what happens to Atma after that.

Further, you can see from the following Salok of Ninth Guru Person, Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib that Guru Sahib is guiding us that that a.person, who is not affected by the sorrow/joy, has got rid of vices, and has attained the stage of spiritual equipoise and spiritual bliss, is ,just like Akalpurakh:-

ਸੁਖੁ ਦੁਖੁ ਜਿਹ ਪਰਸੈ ਨਹੀ ਲੋਭੁ ਮੋਹੁ ਅਭਿਮਾਨੁ ॥ ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਸੁਨੁ ਰੇ ਮਨਾ ਸੋ ਮੂਰਤਿ ਭਗਵਾਨ ॥੧੩॥ (ਪੰਨਾ 1427)

ਅਰਥ: ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਆਖ– ਹੇ ਮਨ! ਸੁਣ, ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ (ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ) ਨੂੰ ਸੁਖ ਦੁਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੋਹ ਸਕਦਾ, ਲੋਭ ਮੋਹ ਅਹੰਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੋਹ ਸਕਦਾ (ਭਾਵ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸੁਖ ਦੁਖ ਵੇਲੇ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਲੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਡੋਲਦਾ, ਜਿਸ ਉਤੇ ਲੋਭ ਮੋਹ ਅਹੰਕਾਰ ਆਪਣਾ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾ ਸਕਦਾ) ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ (ਸਾਖਿਆਤ) ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਰੂਪ ਹੈ।13।

Therefore , the first goal before a person is to change life, as per teachings of Guru Granth Sahib, get rid of vices, become a righteous/ virtuous person (ਸਚਿਆਰ ਮਨੁੱਖ/ਗੁਰਮੁਖ), become one with Akalpurakh and Shabad Guru, who are spiritually embodiment of each other and achieve the stage of spiritual equipoise (ਆਤਮਿਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ) and spiritual bliss (ਆਤਮਿਕ ਆਨੰਦ). The final goal is to achieve spiritual emancipation/ salvation in this life itself (ਇਸ ਜਨਮ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਆਤਮਿਕ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਮੁਕਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਾ).
