Should Sikhs touch feet of elders for blessing?

I personally believe I should only bow before my Guru.
My parents say I should, it’s a mark of respect.

      Touching feet of elders, as mark of respect, is a cultural tradition, which has nothing to do with religion.

      It is your personal choice. It has nothing to do with Sikhi.
