It is good to remember Akal Purkh through the Shabad Guru. Ardas so that our ego gets reduced. Then we start listening to the teachings of Gurbani.
ਗਾਵੀਐ ਸੁਣੀਐ ਮਨਿ ਰਖੀਐ ਭਾਉ ॥ ਦੁਖੁ ਪਰਹਰਿ ਸੁਖੁ ਘਰਿ ਲੈ ਜਾਇ ॥ Jap – 2
For permanent strength and will power we have to study, understand and follow Gurbani written in Guru Granth Sahib.
