      This answer was edited.

      There is no mention of completion date in SGGS. According to Sikh history It was compiled by Guru Arjan Dev Ji in 1604 and installed in Durbar Sahib Amrit Sar when it was known as Pothi Sahib. Later on Bani of Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib Ji was added by Guru Gobind Singh Ji in around 1705
