In what ways does the concept of “sarbat da bhala” (the well-being of all) relate to the issue of racism?

The undersigned just wants you to read the following Shabad of Fifth Guru Person Guru Arjan Sahib, in Raag Kanra, which is located at Panna 1299 of Guru Granth Sahib, and its meanings.

As per Guru Sahib’s teachings, when no one is my enemy, rather everyone is my own, then where is the question of racism?

Therefore, the Guru has prepared Sikhs as spirit borne people, who are not to make any distinctions of caste, creed and religion and serve the humanity to best of their ability.

ਅਰਥ: ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਜਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, (ਤਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ) ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਸੁਖ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਅੰਦਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਸੜਨ ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਆਦਤ ਭੁੱਲ ਗਈ ਹੈ।1। ਰਹਾਉ।
ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! (ਹੁਣ) ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਵੈਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਸਦਾ, ਕੋਈ ਓਪਰਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਸਦਾ; ਸਭਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਰਾ ਪਿਆਰ ਬਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।1।
ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! (ਹੁਣ) ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ (ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਲਈ) ਭਲਾ ਹੀ ਮੰਨਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਇਹ ਚੰਗੀ ਅਕਲ ਮੈਂ (ਆਪਣੇ) ਗੁਰੂ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਹੈ।2।
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! (ਆਖ– ਜਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਉਂ ਦਿੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ) ਇਕ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਹੀ ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈ (ਤਾਹੀਏਂ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ) ਵੇਖ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।3।8।
