    1. ਸੰਤੋਖ ਭਾਵ ਸੁੱਖ ਦੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਜਾਣ ਕੇ ਸਬਰ ਕਰਨਾ।

      Practice truth, contentment and kindness; this is the most excellent way of life.
