Sikhism emphasizes on Hukam.
O Nanak, it is written that you shall obey the Hukam of His Command, and walk in the Way of His Will. ||1||
Everyone is subject to His Command; no one is beyond His Command.
Hukam is the laws of nature under which this universe is being operated. In this universe, every entity and every event is connected. We are a small part in the big play. We mostly are confined to ourselves only and forget to see the bigger picture. As you comprehend Gurbani you realize nothing happening in your life is bad. The situations that we feel at a moment are bad are actually evolving us. The adverse situations are actually blessing in disguise as they are developing us to become a stronger person and they are important for our growth.
Those who recognize the Lord’s Command never weep.
Difficult situations actually take us closer to the Divine and impart us divine qualities and Sabar is one of them.

We must motivate and train ourselves that patience is must. Better not to react immediately, wait for some time. This will help us to think and analyse the situation.
We must try to understand the Hukam of Akal Purkh with the help of Guru Granth Sahib.
This will help us to control the situation.
