Gurbani doesn’t believe in any mantra. One has to change life as per teachings of Guru Granth Sahib, get rid of vices and become one with Akalpurakh and Shabad Guru, who are embodiment of each other, and achieve the stage of spiritual equipoise and spiritual bliss. In time of difficulty, pray for strength to find a way out.
