pls explain these lines

ਜਿਨੀ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਇਆ ਗਏ ਮਸਕਤਿ ਘਾਲਿ ॥
Gurbani has taught us how to make ourselves truthful. One has to work hard to make oneself truthful Meaning one has to work hard. When all the vices, all the bad deeds have to be given up then one has to work hard because winning oneself is also hard work. This effort can only be done when we have the Naam of Akal Purakh implanted in our mind, meaning we live our life according to the Hukams given in Gurbani.
ਨਾਨਕ ਤੇ ਮੁਖ ਉਜਲੇ ਕੇਤੀ ਛੁਟੀ ਨਾਲਿ।।
Those who worked hard, their Mukh / faces became radiant Meaning they became brighter. The ones with such a bright face, the ones with dignity, float on the side of vices Even those who came in contact with them became free from vices.

ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਸਚਿਆਰੇ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਬਨਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ।ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਸਚਿਆਰ ਬਨਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਘਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਭਾਵ ਇੱਕ ਮਸ਼ਕੱਤ ਕਰਨੀ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ।ਜਦੋਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਕਾਰ, ਸਾਰੇ ਬੁਰੇ ਕੰਮ ਛੱਡਣੇ ਹੋਣ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਮਸ਼ਕਤ ਕਰਨੀ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਜਿੱਤਣਾ ਵੀ ਇਕ ਮੇਹਨਤ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਮੇਹਨਤ ਉਦੋਂ ਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਸਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਕਿ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜੀਵਨ ਜੀਊਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ।
ਨਾਨਕ ਤੇ ਮੁਖ ਉਜਲੇ ਕੇਤੀ ਛੁਟੀ ਨਾਲਿ।।
ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਮੇਹਨਤ ਕਰ ਲਈ ,ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਸੁੱਚਜੇ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਭਾਵ ਉਜਲੇ ਹੋ ਗਏ।ਅਜਿਹੇ ਉਜਲੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਵਾਲੇ, ਇੱਜਤ ਵਾਲੇ ਆਪ ਤਾਂ ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਾਸਿਉ ਤਰੇ ਹੀ ਤਰੇ ਸਗੋਂ ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਵਿਚ ਆਏ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਛੁੱਟ ਗਏ ਭਾਵ ਮੁਕਤ ਹੋ ਗਏ।
