      Respected Ash Kapoor ji,
      Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!

      In response to your question, the undersigned wants to draw your kind attention to the teaching of Fifth Guru Person, Guru Arjun Sahib, in his Chhant in Raag Suhi, which is located at Pannsa 784 of Guru Granth Sahib in which he is guiding us that Akalpurakh always speaks sweetly. Rather, he doesn’t know to speak harshly ever:-

      ਰਾਗੁ ਸੂਹੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ਛੰਤ ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥ ਮਿਠ ਬੋਲੜਾ ਜੀ ਹਰਿ ਸਜਣੁ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਮੋਰਾ ॥ ਹਉ ਸੰਮਲਿ ਥਕੀ ਜੀ ਓਹੁ ਕਦੇ ਨ ਬੋਲੈ ਕਉਰਾ ॥ ਕਉੜਾ ਬੋਲਿ ਨ ਜਾਨੈ ਪੂਰਨ ਭਗਵਾਨੈ ਅਉਗਣੁ ਕੋ ਨ ਚਿਤਾਰੇ ॥ ਪਤਿਤ ਪਾਵਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਬਿਰਦੁ ਸਦਾਏ ਇਕੁ ਤਿਲੁ ਨਹੀ ਭੰਨੈ ਘਾਲੇ ॥ ਘਟ ਘਟ ਵਾਸੀ ਸਰਬ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਨੇਰੈ ਹੀ ਤੇ ਨੇਰਾ ॥ ਨਾਨਕ ਦਾਸੁ ਸਦਾ ਸਰਣਾਗਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਸਜਣੁ ਮੇਰਾ ॥੧॥ {ਪੰਨਾ 784}

      ਅਰਥ: ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਮੇਰਾ ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਮਿੱਠੇ ਬੋਲ ਬੋਲਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਪਿਆਰਾ ਮਿੱਤਰ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਥੱਕ ਗਈ ਹਾਂ (ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਕਦੇ ਕੌੜਾ ਬੋਲ ਬੋਲਿਆ ਯਾਦ ਆ ਜਾਏ, ਪਰ) ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਭੀ ਕੌੜਾ ਬੋਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਬੋਲਦਾ।
      ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਕੌੜਾ (ਖਰਵਾ) ਬੋਲਣਾ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, (ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਾਡਾ) ਕੋਈ ਭੀ ਔਗੁਣ ਚੇਤੇ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖਦਾ। ਉਹ ਵਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ-ਇਹ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਢ-ਕਦੀਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੁਭਾਉ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, (ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਭੀ) ਕੀਤੀ ਘਾਲ-ਕਮਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਰਤਾ ਭਰ ਭੀ ਵਿਅਰਥ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣ ਦੇਂਦਾ।
      ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਮੇਰਾ ਸੱਜਣ ਹਰੇਕ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ, ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ, ਹਰੇਕ ਜੀਵ ਦੇ ਅੱਤ ਨੇੜੇ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ। ਦਾਸ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਦਾ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ ਪਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਮੇਰਾ ਸੱਜਣ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ।੧।

      About anger, Fifth Guru Person, Guru Arjun Sahib, in Salok Sehaskriti, located at Panna 1358 of Guru Granth Sahib, is teaching us that anger is responsible for start of fights and the angry person doesn’t remain kind. He dances like a monkey. The saving grace is possible only if he gets rid of vices, which includes anger also and become one with Akalpurakh and Shabad Guru, who are spiritually embodiment of each other:-

      ਹੇ ਕਲਿ ਮੂਲ ਕ੍ਰੋਧੰ ਕਦੰਚ ਕਰੁਣਾ ਨ ਉਪਰਜਤੇ ॥ ਬਿਖਯੰਤ ਜੀਵੰ ਵਸ੍ਯ੍ਯੰ ਕਰੋਤਿ ਨਿਰਤ੍ਯ੍ਯੰ ਕਰੋਤਿ ਜਥਾ ਮਰਕਟਹ ॥ ਅਨਿਕ ਸਾਸਨ ਤਾੜੰਤਿ ਜਮਦੂਤਹ ਤਵ ਸੰਗੇ ਅਧਮੰ ਨਰਹ ॥ ਦੀਨ ਦੁਖ ਭੰਜਨ ਦਯਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਰਬ ਜੀਅ ਰਖ੍ਯ੍ਯਾ ਕਰੋਤਿ ॥੪੭॥ {ਪੰਨਾ 1358}

      ਅਰਥ: ਹੇ ਝਗੜੇ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਢ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ! (ਤੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ) ਕਦੇ ਦਇਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਉਪਜਦੀ। ਤੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ਈ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਵੱਸ ਵਿਚ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈਂ। ਤੇਰੇ ਵੱਸ ਵਿਚ ਆਇਆ ਜੀਵ ਇਉਂ ਨੱਚਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਬਾਂਦਰ।
      ਤੇਰੀ ਸੰਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਜੀਵ ਨੀਚ (ਸੁਭਾਵ ਵਾਲੇ) ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਮਦੂਤ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਹੁਕਮ ਤੇ ਦੰਡ ਦੇਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
      ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਦੀਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਦਿਆਲ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਹੀ (ਇਸ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਤੋਂ) ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ (ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ) । 47।

      ਭਾਵ: ਬਲੀ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਦੇ ਵੱਸ ਵਿਚ ਆ ਕੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਕਈ ਝਗੜੇ ਖੜੇ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤੇ, ਆਪਣਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੁਖੀ ਬਣਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੀ ਮਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਲਈ ਭੀ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ ਹੀ ਇਕੋ ਇਕ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਹੈ।

      As understood by the undersigned, as a Sikh, as per the teachings of our ever living Guru, Guru Granth Sahib, we need to see God in everyone. In other words, no enemies and all friends. Please be kind to read the following Shabad of Fifth Guru Person, Guru Arjun Sahib, in Raag Kanra and it’s meanings:-

      ਕਾਨੜਾ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ ਬਿਸਰਿ ਗਈ ਸਭ ਤਾਤਿ ਪਰਾਈ ॥ ਜਬ ਤੇ ਸਾਧਸੰਗਤਿ ਮੋਹਿ ਪਾਈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ ਨਾ ਕੋ ਬੈਰੀ ਨਹੀ ਬਿਗਾਨਾ ਸਗਲ ਸੰਗਿ ਹਮ ਕਉ ਬਨਿ ਆਈ ॥੧॥ ਜੋ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੀਨੋ ਸੋ ਭਲ ਮਾਨਿਓ ਏਹ ਸੁਮਤਿ ਸਾਧੂ ਤੇ ਪਾਈ ॥੨॥ ਸਭ ਮਹਿ ਰਵਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਏਕੈ ਪੇਖਿ ਪੇਖਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਬਿਗਸਾਈ ॥੩॥੮॥ {ਪੰਨਾ 1299}

      ਅਰਥ: ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਜਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, (ਤਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ) ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਸੁਖ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਅੰਦਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਸੜਨ ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਆਦਤ ਭੁੱਲ ਗਈ ਹੈ।1। ਰਹਾਉ।
      ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! (ਹੁਣ) ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਵੈਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਸਦਾ, ਕੋਈ ਓਪਰਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਸਦਾ; ਸਭਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਰਾ ਪਿਆਰ ਬਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।1।
      ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! (ਹੁਣ) ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ (ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਲਈ) ਭਲਾ ਹੀ ਮੰਨਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਇਹ ਚੰਗੀ ਅਕਲ ਮੈਂ (ਆਪਣੇ) ਗੁਰੂ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਹੈ।2।
      ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! (ਆਖ– ਜਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਉਂ ਦਿੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ) ਇਕ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਹੀ ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈ (ਤਾਹੀਏਂ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ) ਵੇਖ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।3।8।

      Hope it helps. If you have any further questions, please do ask. If you find any deficiencies, please point out the same, for improvement in future.

      Regards,
      Your Brother

      Dear Ash Kapoor ji, main reason for our anger is that we want to change others. But as per teachings of Gurbani, I am to change myself by introspecting to find out my vices to be get rid off and the godly virtues to be assimilated in my inner personality. So as per Gurmat point out other’s weakness politely to him. otherwise accept as it is. Don’t change others but change myself. By following this method of Gurbani, my anger will change to love. Then I will pray the Almighty to bless wisdom to the erring person.
      regards.
