Most duties are carried out by men even today in 2022 at most Gurdwara.

Men and women are equal in humanity and in Sikhi.
But traditionally men have been working out of home, whereas women have been confined to the duties of the home. The same is true for Sikh society also. This could be one of the reasons that still men are found in the majority in most of the Gurdwaras.
Women must come out participate in Gurdwara Prabandhak committees and for katha, kirtan, sewa. In case you feel that women are pushed back due to male-dominated attitude, which is against Sikhi also. This must be brought to notice thru the use of social media or other social groups, and reach out for greater support.
