      Respected Sister,
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!
You have quoted one Pangti of a Shabad from Guru Granth Sahib and desired thorough explanation of the entire Shabad.
The undersigned wants to say that the Shabad is of Third Guru Person Guru Amardas Sahib in Raag Aasa and is located at Panna 440-41 of Guru Granth Sahib. It is a lengthy Shabad and has eight Pauris.
Please guide the undersigned whether you will like to have explanation of the entire Shabad or only the Paur, first Pangti of which has been quoted by you. On hearing from you, the undersigned will post the reply.
      Regards,
      Your Brother

          Respected Sister,
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!

In response to your question the undersigned has given three Pangtis of the Shabad and their meanings because the same are interconnected.

In these Pangtis, Guru Sahib is teaching us that you are part of Akalpurakh/Parmatma, who is sitting inside you as what we call Atma, and guiding you at each and every step of life. If you live life, as per His guidance and become a Gurmukh, you will never die a spiritual death. However, if you take guidance from your mind (ਮਨ), you will become a Manmukh and die a spiritual death at every step of life and waste this valuable life given by Akalpurakh and will die physical death when Akalpurakh takes away the strength given to you. The choice is yours.

Hope it helps. If you have any further questions please, do ask. If you find any deficiencies, please point out the same, for improvement in future.

          Regards,
          Your Brother
