Why do will always see males performing Kirtan at Darbar Sahib and other Gurdwara’s and always doing the Ardass?
Why never no females?
I hope respected scholars can answer this question for me.

      ਸੋ ਕਿਉ ਮੰਦਾ ਆਖੀਐ ਜਿਤੁ ਜੰਮਹਿ ਰਾਜਾਨ ॥- 473
      Guru Nanak Sahib has given great importance to the females. Ladies can perform Kiran, Ardas or any other program according to Gurmat.
      But because of our own ego and ritualistic understanding have created such a situation.
      We are the people who elect such leaders. We are the people who feed money to these leaders or preachers. Hence the fault lies in us because we are not doing our duty while electing such managers.
