What value does it hold to Sikhs?
The value is in its meaning. KIRPAN is two words KIRPA means compassion and AN mean honor. I believe as KAKAR for AMRITDHARI SIKH this is not weapon of defence some may claim. When AMRITDHARI SIKH hold these values of compassion and sacrifice for the honor of others is thing of pride. Jagmeet Singh the leader of major political party in Canada always wear KIRPAN with pride.
