ਝੂਲਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਰਹੇ, ਪੰਥ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ ਕੇ – ਸਿਰਦਾਰ ਕਪੂਰ ਸਿੰਘ
ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਹਮਾਰੀ ਰਹੇ,
ਸੇਵਾ ਚੰਦਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੇ,
ਸੰਘ ਨਾਲ ਯਾਰੀ ਰਹੇ,
… ਥੱਲੇ ਆਰੀਆ ਸਮਾਜ ਕੇ,
ਝੂਲਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਰਹੇ,
ਪੰਥ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ ਕੇ।
ਸਿੱਖੀ ਕੀ ਨਾ ਬਾਤ ਚਲੈ,
ਪੰਥ ਕੀ ਗਾਥ ਚਲੈ,
ਲੂਟ ਦੋਨੋਂ ਹਾਥ ਚਲੈ,
ਸੰਗ ਸਾਜ ਬਾਜ ਕੇ
ਝੂਲਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਰਹੇ,
ਪੰਥ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ ਕੇ।
ਅਕਲ ਕੀ ਨਾ ਗੱਲ ਕਹੈ,
ਇੱਕੋ ‘ਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਰਹੈ,
ਨਿੱਤ ਤਰਥੱਲ ਰਹੈ,
ਜਿੰਦਾਬਾਦ ਗਾਜ ਕੇ
ਝੂਲਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਰਹੇ, ਪੰਥ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ ਕੇ।
ਝੰਡੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਕਾਰ ਰਹੈ,
ਫੂਲਨ ਕੇ ਹਾਰ ਰਹੈ,
ਗੋਲਕੇਂ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਕਰੈ,
ਸਿੱਖ ਭਾਜ ਭਾਜ ਕੇ,
ਝੂਲਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਰਹੇ,
ਪੰਥ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ ਕੇ।
ਪੰਥ ਕੇ ਦਰਦ ਹਿੱਤ
ਬੁੱਧੀ ਕੀ ਜੋ ਸੇਧ ਦੇਵੈ,
ਨਿਕਟ ਨਾ ਆਣ ਪਾਵੈ
ਰਾਜ ਭਾਗ ਕਾਜ ਕੇ,
ਝੂਲਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਰਹੇ,
ਪੰਥ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ ਕੇ।
ਇਹ ਕਵਿਤਾ ਸਿਰਦਾਰ ਕਪੂਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਲਿਖੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ,
ਜੋ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ 1974 ‘ਚ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ।
The meanings of this poem are quite clear. What Sirdar Kapur Singh wrote sarcastically forty eight years back is still prevalent in the Sikh Panth and nothing has improved. Rather things have gone from bad to worse. What to say?
