Guru Sahib have used all the prevailing names for God.
The separate name which has been used twice in Guru Granth Sahib is Akal Purkh.
Single word can be used for ritual recreation. However it is difficult to use the double word for the ritual recitation.
We should keep in mind that ritual recitations are not acceptable in Gurmat.
Please go through the following book for the details.

I agree with the response above.
Just to add KARTA PURAKH, NIRANJAN, EAKENKAAR, HARI, HER, RAM, ALLAH, KHALAK, GOBIND, and many more names have been used in Sri Guru Granth Sahib for the Creator.
No one name is specified in the Guru Granth Sahib Bani.
