Is nao nidh a real thing ? I didn't realize the meaning in Ardaas until now

Is nao nidh a real thing ? If so,

then isn’t 7. ANAND and 8. VISMAAD the same thing,

also 3. SANTOKH and 6. SEHAJ

also 1. Bharosa and 9. Nadar the same?
