Yes it is okay to recite the Nitnem while jogging or walking as you can recite Gurbani whenever you feel like doing it and when you understand it. As it is said in the SGGS Ji:
Meaning while standing up, sitting down, walking, and even when we are asleep, our mind is meditating on the Parmaatma.
The key point here is this, purpose of doing NITNEM, PATH or any other religious practice is to change our thoughts, SANSKAARS, ADTAN, BEHAVIOR. If you are achieving this then do NITNAM the way you want. For me NITNEM is reminder every day to conduct myself in the society according to teachings of GURBANI.
One can study Gurbani at any or at any moment, provided we are giving full attention to that.
Jap – 2
However any ritual recitation is not going to help. We need to understand and follow Gurbani which we are reciting.
