Now a days, in view ofGuru Arjan Sahib shaheedi diwas,sukhmani sahib path is being recited in congregation at home or at a common place. Could you please throw light on the importance of deg.
Should it be made common from sangat or if anybody desires to bring it from his own side on the final day of smapathi of the path,
is that also appropriate.

It can be either way. There is no restriction whatsoever. We should avoid such kind of hiccups and keep an open mind.
The real important thing is to imbibe the message of the Sukhmani Sahib Path and other than that nothing is important.
