      No such prescribed prayer when you bow.. but for sure when you bow it’s your submission to waheguruji.. Sikhism is most simple, morden, logical and helps you to connect with waheguruji directly without any mediator

      The purpose of bowing before the Guru Granth Sahib is for the commitment to study, understand and live according to the teachings of Gurbani.
