As understood by the undersigned, in personal relations, Akalpurakh has no role to play and due diligence needs to be carried out, before getting into a relationship. If the persons, getting into relationship, later don’t go along well and go for divorce then they have to blame themselves and not any higher power.
Generally this Pangti, ‘ਸੰਜੋਗੁ ਵਿਜੋਗੁ ਧੁਰਹੁ ਹੀ ਹੂਆ’, at Panna 1007 of Guru Granth Sahib is taken to mean that the relationship between a boy and girl is, as per Hukam of Akalpurakh, whereas actually it is not so because the meaning of this Pangti is ”ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! i.e. the union and separation of body and Atma takes place, as per Hukam of Akalpurakh.
Divorce has become a fashion in today’s modern world. People have lost tolerance and they cannot make adjustments. People in this world are trying to find new partners as they think the new person will bring lots of happiness to their lives and they do not understand that happiness is our own state of mind and it has nothing to do with other people in our life.
