      There no such reference in Guru Granth Sahib Bani.
      The best answer is to consult Medical professionals/specialists.

      Suggest to see a dermatologist.
      Someone in my circle had similar problem and was given a serum and injection as it was bacterial infection in his case but also to fill the patches.

      Sikhi doesn’t prevent you from cutting beard. If required, you can cut.
      So, this question should be rather asked on health forum, or to a doctor
