      Please go to the YouTube and listen to the vyakhya of Jap Baani, by Prof. Darshan Singh ji, in more than thirty four hours, which will help you to understand the basic concept of Gurbani also.

      According to Prof. Sahib Singh ji, the entire Guru Granth Sahib is the vyakhya of the following two Pangtis of the first Pauri of Jap Baani:-

      ਕਿਵ ਸਚਿਆਰਾ ਹੋਈਐ ਕਿਵ ਕੂੜੈ ਤੁਟੈ ਪਾਲਿ ॥ ਹੁਕਮਿ ਰਜਾਈ ਚਲਣਾ ਨਾਨਕ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਨਾਲਿ ॥੧॥
