There is no special time in Sikhi to do meditation. In Sikhi meditation means realization of our Creator within. We have to remember that the 1ਓ IKKO is within us all the time.
JE VELA WAKHAT VEECHAREAI TA KIT VELA BHAGAT HOEI II Ank 35
If we look to a specific time to do bhagti then when Should we do divine realziation? Do not wait for that time it may not come by
ANDIN NAAME RATIA SACHE SACHI SOEI II
We should imbue with IKKO all the time
BANI GURU GURU HAI BANI WICH BANI AMRIT SAARE II Ank 982
Gurbani is our Guru and Guru is Bani and within Bani is Amrit (Divine Nectar)
Realize the teachings of Gurbani, bring the virtues of IKKO within and live life with virtues such as
be truthful, love eveyone, contentment, humility, sahej, patience, compassion, kindness, no enmity, no envy, forgiveness, no jealousy etc, and control on five vices ( Lust, Anger, Greed, Attachment with Maya and Ego)
Slowely and Steadily we will start liking and enjoying Gurbani. Amritras will keep us imbued in Gurbani. Spiritual journey begins with his/her grace. Peace, happiness, charhdi kala and bliss will be in our way. IKKO bless All
