Height of Maharaja Ranjit Singh

I found out online that Maharaja Ranjit Singh was relatively shorter in height than other gurus being 5’4″ (162 centimeters) Which is also my height, which I think is shorter than average. Is this correct or if there are some other better sources?

      Does it matter? Height is dependent on so many factors. Why bother?
