Is there any restriction in Sikhism to wash hair on Tuesdays and Thursdays?

      There is no restriction of any day or time. All depends upon one’s convince and requirements. However it better to avoid before sleeping, because some people can get cold. Preferred time is in the morning. So that we are fresh during the whole day.
