No transmigration of soul after death, which is not so in case of other religions.
in Sikhism, Guru Granth Sahib teaches us to become one with Akalpurakh and Shabad Guru, who are embodiment of each other, by changing life to become Gurmukhs (Running life as per teachings of Guru Granth Sahib), instead of Manmukhs (Running life with directions from the mind), get rid of vices, reach the stage of spiritual equipoise and spiritual bliss and finally achieve emancipation/salvation in this life itself.
In all other religions, the emancipation/salvation can be possible only after physical death. This is the biggest difference.
