Please note just like Sikh is a Sikh, is a Sikh. The one who believes in and implements Gurbani philosophy in one’s life. The name is just to refer to specific Sikh.
Same way Gurduara is a Gurduara, is a Gurduara. The all are teaching the message of SGGS.
The name is just to refer to a specific building / location etc.
Of course, then there are individuals who manage the Gurduara for their personal gains. That is kind of place is called Dera, and is no longer a Gurduara in true sense.
