We see gender and not jot.None seems to have so high thinking.Up to uplift of our thinking it should be continued.
The purpose of going to Gurdwara Sahib is to listen and understand Gurbani.
We should have minimum disturbance or distraction. All people need not have the capability to control their distraction. Hence, it is always better to have some control where ever it is possible.
