GURU says BINA SANTOKH NAHEE KO RAJE meaning that it is ok to work hard , earn wealth but learn to be happy with what you have, being SANTOKHEE. Your happiness is never dependent on how much you have. Now SIKH ATTITUDE. Unfortunately SIKHS have not followed the wisdom of the GURU in this respect. Craving for more, more, power, status is very much in the blood of every SIKH. Here it si why I am saying this. Vancouver Sun news paper published names of 11 gangsters, 9 of them were SIKH names. What does this tell me. GURU does not believe living in poverty. GURU says KIRAT KARO, work hard, earn wealth through ethical means and share with the needy.
