In response to your question, the undersigned wants to say that the first principle Guru Granth Sahib teaches in the very first Pauri of Jap Baani, is to become a righteous/virtuous person and always remain in His Hukam (Divine Will).
This goal was laid down by the First Guru Person, Guru Nanak Sahib, when, in the first Pauri of Jap Baani, he said:-
ਕਿਵ ਸਚਿਆਰਾ ਹੋਈਐ ਕਿਵ ਕੂੜੈ ਤੁਟੈ ਪਾਲਿ ॥ ਹੁਕਮਿ ਰਜਾਈ ਚਲਣਾ ਨਾਨਕ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਨਾਲਿ ॥੧॥
Therefore, anyone, who knows about Sikhi or not, can follow this principle and live a purposeful life.
One can become a righteous/virtuous person only when one gets rid of vices. Further, once one achieves that and remains in His Hukam, he will be able to achieve the stage of spiritual equipoise (ਆਤਮਿਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ) and spiritual bliss (ਆਤਮਿਕ ਆਨੰਦ). Getting rid of vices amounts to achieving spiritual emancipation/salvation in this life itself, as per Sikh principles.
Now about reincarnation (ਪੁਨਰਜਨਮ), after death. It is not a Sikhi concept but is of Hinduism. In Sikhism, the mind (ਮਨ) gets into the cycle of reincarnation, when it gets stuck into the material world. To make it clear the undersigned is just quoting two Pangtis of a Shabad of Bhagat Namdev ji at Panna 693 of Guru Granth Sahib:-
ਇਹ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਤੇ ਤਬ ਹੀ ਛੂਟਉ ਜਉ ਮਾਇਆ ਨਹ ਲਪਟਾਵਉ ॥ ਮਾਇਆ ਨਾਮੁ ਗਰਭ ਜੋਨਿ ਕਾ ਤਿਹ ਤਜਿ ਦਰਸਨੁ ਪਾਵਉ ॥੩॥ (ਪੰਨਾ 693)
ਅਰਥ: ਇਸ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਦੇ ਬੰਧਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਤਦੋਂ ਹੀ ਖ਼ਲਾਸੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ ਵਿਚ ਨਾ ਫਸਾਂ; ਮਾਇਆ (ਦਾ ਮੋਹ) ਹੀ ਜਨਮ ਮਰਨ ਦੇ ਗੇੜ ਵਿਚ ਪੈਣ ਦਾ ਮੂਲ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਦੀਦਾਰ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।੩।
Further, Bhagat Kabir ji guides us:-
ਪਰ ਧਨ ਪਰ ਤਨ ਪਰ ਤੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਪਰ ਅਪਬਾਦੁ ਨ ਛੂਟੈ ॥ ਆਵਾ ਗਵਨੁ ਹੋਤੁ ਹੈ ਫੁਨਿ ਫੁਨਿ ਇਹੁ ਪਰਸੰਗੁ ਨ ਤੂਟੈ ॥੨॥ (ਪੰਨਾ 970) ਅਰਥਾਤ (ਹੇ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ!) ਪਰਾਏ ਧਨ (ਦੀ ਲਾਲਸਾ), ਪਰਾਈ ਇਸਤ੍ਰੀ (ਦੀ ਕਾਮਨਾ), ਪਰਾਈ ਚੁਗ਼ਲੀ, ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਰੋਧ = ਇਹ ਵਿਕਾਰ ਦੂਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੇ, ਮੁੜ ਮੁੜ ਜਨਮ ਮਰਨ ਦਾ ਗੇੜ (ਸਾਨੂੰ) ਮਿਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ– ਫਿਰ ਭੀ ਪਰ ਮਨ, ਪਰ ਤਨ ਆਦਿਕ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਲੰਮਾ ਝੇੜਾ ਮੁੱਕਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ।2।
Therefore, without bothering as to what will happen after death, one should live a purposeful life, by becoming a righteous/virtuous person and live life in His Hukam.

Bhai Sahib ji thanks alot as a beginner it helps alot….but one question about mukti I want to ask is that For example a person who lives in Russia and in Brazil or in Thailand like countries…if they don’t even know about the concept of mukti and creator being in their whole life…as because they have different cultures and faiths..so how do they get mukti….I know that GOD cares about them on earth also.but pls clear this that how those people get rid of vices and get mukti without knowing the concept in their life.

In response to your further question, the undersigned wants to say that Professor Sahib Singh, after giving interpretation of all the Shabads, included in Guru Granth Sahib, has given a Gurmat Sidhant ‘Kiv Kude Tute Pal’ (ਕਿਵ ਕੂੜੈ ਤੁਟੈ ਪਾਲਿ) in which, under the heading ‘Deeds and their Effects’ (ਕਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ), by giving the example of a village child, have given his views about effects of deeds of a person, on the mind. He has written:-
“Whatever deeds a person does, during present life (after birth), the results of these deeds become part of consciousness of one’s mind. According to him, mind is nothing but accumulation of good and bad deeds and their invisible images in the mind. These invisible images are not only witness of the deeds done, in the present life, but also keep on motivating the person to do similar deeds.
Since the universe came into being or will continue to exist, as per rules of the nature, the psychological makeup of the human mind has been and will remain the same, as per these rules. However, this psychological makeup of the mind can change, as per special rules, and continues to change. What happens is that a fight between, accumulated good and bad deeds, continues to take place in one’s mind and the stronger side makes all out efforts to suppress the weaker side. Therefore, it depends on the person, whether the good deeds or bad deeds part gets strengthened because of further deeds done.
In view of the above position, any person, living anywhere in the world, knows about the concept of good and bad deeds and can very well introspect the effect of his deeds in his life.
A person making efforts to strengthen his good deeds, he is on the path of getting rid of vices and becoming a righteous/virtuous person.
Spiritual emancipation/salvation is nothing but getting rid of vices, which any person, living anywhere in the world, can achieve. A person may not know about spiritual emancipation/salvation but by strengthening his good deeds, he will live a purposeful life and will not waste it.
On the other hand, a person indulging in bad deeds will continue to die spiritually, every new and then, and will waste away this valuable life and go away.

Fortunate are those individuals who are close to this wisdom and can comprehend the real purpose of life, understanding it in its true sense. Mukti is freedom from vices and is achieved during one’s lifetime and not after death.
