Let’s try to understand what’s Enlightenment according to Sikhi.
The Hukam of one 1ਓ Creator operates within our Conscience. If we accept all His/Her commands, our Conscience becomes Enlightened. As Eternal Formless is our sustainer, Our Enlightened Conscience creates immense Realization of the Creator within resulting in limitless Divine Love, Devotion and Enlightenment of Divine Virtues. The river of virtues will flow in our Spiritual Life.
Our life will be filled with Charhdi Kala, Happiness, Peace, Anand and Bliss!

I do not know what you mean by ENLIGHTENMENT. ENLIGHTENMENT was eighteen century religious movement that religious discourse must be based on reason, logic, rationality, science and truth. They ,however reached half way what GURUNANAK had revealed in 16th century. ENLIGHTENMENT OF NANAK was based on SHABAG, DIVINE WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE, REALITY AND PURE TRUTH. ENLIGHTENMENT of NANAK is becoming SACHIARA, man of compassion, kindness, tolerance, love, equality, humility and truthful living. GURBANI is based on pure reason, logic and science.
