does Sikhism believe in paap and poon

Since Gurbani teaches spirituality and not religion, therefore, the spiritual meanings of Paap (ਪਾਪ) and Punn (ਪੁੰਨ) are:
Paap (ਪਾਪ): Human Vices ( ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਵਿਕਾਰ)
Punn (ਪੁੰਨ): A good or Spiritual action (ਚੰਗਾ ਜਾਂ ਰੂਹਾਨੀ ਕਰਮ)

Gurbani teaches to get rid of vices (ਪਾਪ/ਵਿਕਾਰ ਛੱਡਣੇ) and become righteous/virtuous (ਪੁੰਨੀ ਅਰਥਾਤ Gurmukh) and become one with Akalpurakh and Shabad Guru, who are spiritually embodiment of each other, and reach the stage of spiritual equipoise and spiritual bliss and finally achieve spiritual emancipation/salvation in this life itself.
